I have been practicing dentistry for over ten years and never believed in booking more than one patient in a given appointment time. We know your time is just as valuable as ours, which is why we pride ourselves on our ability to provide individualized care and attention.
Our office has always had an appointment reservation policy. We ask you to please confirm your appointment within 24-48 hrs via phone, text, or email. No-shows or same-day cancellations would have resulted in a $50 non-refundable fee. However, we have not been enforcing it.
When a patient doesn’t show up for their appointment or cancels on the same day, it’s difficult for us to schedule another patient to fill that space. We value your time; we ask for the same courtesy.

You must confirm appointments within 48 hours. Any appointments that are unconfirmed within 24 hrs will be canceled and given to someone else if needed. You can call or text (561)-965-6003 or email smiles@dentalartsofatlantis.com to confirm, cancel, or reschedule.
No-shows and last-minute cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 non-refundable fee to cover the time set aside for the staff.
After three consecutive last-minute cancellations or no-shows, I will have to end our professional relationship
Our Saturday appointments are booked months in advance. If you know you can’t make it, please let us know as soon as possible, so we have enough time to contact those who are on the waiting list for Saturday appointments.
Please understand that we are setting the time aside to see only one patient at a time. This way, we are better able to provide you with quality care along with our undivided attention.
